We have been brushing Kaitlynn's gums with a wet wash cloth. We just realized that we should probably start brushing her teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste, since she has 6 teeth (4 on top and 2 on bottom). Duh!! The toothbrush is the infant toothbrush/gum stimulator which has bristles like a fingerbrush and we are using Orajel tooth and gum cleanser toothpaste (fluoride-free). Kaitlynn seemed to like it! I couldn't get the toothbrush back from her. Hopefully she will continue to like getting her teeth brushed. I bet it feels good on her gums.
