If routine is hard try making it as simple as possible. ;) Before bed I give my children a warm bath, put on their pj's and a story, all the while prompting them that after the story it's bedtime. It seems to work. If Kaitlyn is still on bottles a warm bottle after her story and then to bed would work too. I think prompting her is important... they Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
